You have 30 days from the date of delivery to determine if the system will work for you. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to initiate a return for refund, you need to contact us with the reason for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Any system approved for return within the 30 days will receive a refund, minus the initial shipping and bank charges. ( $60-$70 )

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will incur further charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within one to three days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
